Female Only Group Training

Shape 30 is our 30 day (female only) Group Training Programme and is specifically designed to kick start your fitness journey. Our members benefit from the encourgaement of other like-minded women, plus the support from our expert coaches.

 

Each session is different and it encompasses a range of training practices, from Boxing, HIIT, Kettlbells, Weight Training, Core Conditioning and much more. Plus we work with you to create health food habits.

Benefits

Training 3 times a week

We know that training 3 times a week greatly increases your results.

Our sessions currently take place on:

 

Monday @ 6pm

Wednesday @ 7pm

Friday @ 7pm.

Food & Nutrition

We recognise that for many people food and nutrition is the most difficult part. Therefore we work closely with you on all aspects of Food and Nutrition Coaching. You will have free access to our Food Seminars plus a copy of our Receipe Book.

Varied & Exciting Workouts

We dont want you to get bored, we emcompass a range of training practices such as Boxing, Weight Training, Kettlebells and Core Conditioning.
