FIT 30 is our Small Group Personal Traning that enables you to receive many of the benefits of one-to-one personal training with the additional advantage of working within a small group (up to 4) at a fraction of the cost. Small Group Training has become our most popular service as it provides flexibility with a possible 24 sessions a week to choose from so you decide when you would like to train. Our members benefit from the support and encouragement of working with others, as well as a little friendly competition.

Our Training Plans are written specifically to your individual needs, and are progressive to ensure that you achieve the results you deserve in the most effective way.

Food & Nutrition Coaching

We recognise that for many people food and nutrition is the most difficult part. Therefore we work closely with you on all aspects of Food and Nutrition Coaching. You will have free access to our Food Seminars plus a copy of our Receipe Book.

Flexible Training Times

Lack of time is one of the biggest barriers people have to go to the gym and exercise, that's why we let you choose when you would like to train. Simple choose from 24 sessions a week.


Embrace and be embraced by our fantastic community. Just because you work with us on a one-to-one basis doesn't mean that you want meet our other members. There is always opportunities to share stories and attend socials and seminars.
