Fitness Classes are a great way to expend energy, get fit and do it all with the support of others. Our expert Fitness Coaches will teach you new skills as well as provide challenging and high intensity classes for the ultimate workout. You will also benefit from gaining access to our Food Seminars and Workshops. Start with our 2 week Trial



BOXFIT is our brand new Boxing Fitness Class, open to men and women of all abilities. If you want to learn how to pack a punch, get fit and relieve stress, this class is for you. We work to a 6 week programme that will teach you the different skills, aswell as work you hard. 


Classes kick off on Monday 22nd January 2018, and will take place every Monday at 6pm & Thursday at 7pm. To purchase your 5 or 10 day Class Pass please Contact Us.


Kettlebells are a great way to tone the body and get fit. Our Kettlebell class is high energy, where you will learn a new skill each week and practice your technique. You will know you have worked hard after completing this workout.
