All our guides navigate you through our signature 3 stage approach, developing your knowledge as you progress through the stages, to produce life changing results. There is no set period of time before progressing onto the next stage, so you will work at a pace suitable to you. You will become educated and empowered to understand your own food choices and how best to discover a healthy and balanced way of eating, one in which you can maintain.
