Come in, meet our team and test drive our different training services so that you can be sure we are the right fit for you. What happens during my 30 Days?
You will be invited to come in and meet with us, so that we can discuss your goals and what you are looking to achieve. We will then come up with a strategy to how we can best help you.
You will then attend a One to One Movement Assessment with one of our coaches, so that we can see where you are currently at and idenitfy any issues we may need to be aware of.
Throughout the 30 Days you will be able to exeprience all of our services, so that together we can establish which methods is best for you and your goals. To help you on your way and answer any questions you have, you will receive a copy of our Welcome Starter Manual as well as be allocated your own personal coach.
I am a complete beginner, is this for me?
Definitely, we work with all people, regardless of your previous exercise history. Every members attends a One to One initial movement assessment, which allows our expert trainers to tailor your personal training sessions to your ability. Many of our members are new to training when they start with us.
Will you help me with my diet?
We work very closely with our members regarding their food and nutrition and take a customised approach to each member, as we recognise this is the hardest area to master. Our members receive a copy our Eating for your Goals Guide plus a copy of our Livfit Cookbook (or Vegan Cookbook) for maximum results.
I'm vegan/vegetarian/celiac/have food allergies, is it still for me?
Absolutely, we support our members with a number of different food allergies/tolerences and provide our members with a copy of our Vegan Cookbook to get started.
How do you differ from other personal training companies?
We believe the success of LIVFIT is largely down to the range of services we offer, so that we can be sure we are providing the right service for you. Our community focused environment is not like your normal gym, where no one cares if you miss a session or haven’t used your membership in a while. Each member is important to us. Once your become a member, you are immediately embraced by our fantastic community, who will help us to LIVFIT together.
What happens after the 30 Days? Will I be required to purchase a membership?
We hope that after the 30 days you have enjoyed your time with us, and would like to continue on your journey. However, if at the end of the 30 Days you are happy with your results and would prefer to continue on alone, we wish you well, no strings attached. Alternatively choose one of our memberships most suited to you and begin your journey straight away.
