That's why we have created the LIVFIT 3 Phase Food Method, whereby we work with our members through 3 different phrases and levels of support. There is no set period of time before progressing onto the next phase, so you will work at a pace suitable to you. You will become educated and empowered to understand your own food choices and how best to lead a healthy and balanced way of eating, one in which you can maintain.
