Group Fitness Classes are a great way to expend energy, get fit and do it all with the support of others. 
Our expert Fitness Coaches will teach you new skills as well as provide challenging and high intensity classes for the ultimate workout. We run 5 different classes which rotate and are not held on set days, so you will not be doing the same workout each week.

I am a beginner are classes suitable for me?


Yes, the great thing about the classes is that we tailor them to ensure that we teach you progressions and regressions of each exercise so that you are always able to work to a level appropriate to you.


Will you show me the correct technique as I'm worried that I might get injured?


Yes absolutely, we are very conscious of showing our members the correct tecnhique and teaching throughout the class, not just motivating you. All workout include a thorough warm up and cool down, to help with any tightness or lack of mobility you may have. Our skilled coaches are on hand throughout the workout to instruct you how you can get the best out of each session


Will you be able to help me with my diet?


What sets us a part from any other fitness classes is that we provide support and guidance outside of the Classes. As a member you will receive a copy of our Livfit Cookbook or Vegan Cookbook, plus support with how to reach your goals. You will also be able to join us social media private members group for continuous support and daily guidance as well be able to attend our Food and Nutrition Seminars.


Am I tied into a contact?


As this is a fitness program which will allow you to really achieve your goals, as well as become embraced as a member of our community, we ask that you sign up to a monthly membership. However, all new members are welcome to purchase our £15 for 15 days Introductory Offer, which is a one off payment and entitles you to attend unlimited classes for 15 days, so that you can test drive us, to be sure that we are the right place for you.
