At LIVFIT Personal Training we are different. Our members are at the heart of what we do and the service we provide. Whether you are working One to One or within a group, all our members receive our full support and expert coaching. 

 

We understand that everyone is different; we look at you as an individual, your lifestyle and personal needs and then together create a manageable training and nutrition plan based around habit forming and setting achieving goals, for truly lasting results.

 

There is no one fits all model.

 

Our expert team are here to guide you every step of the way. It might take 12 weeks or 12 months, everyones journey is different.

 

Owners husband and wife Michael and Felicity Molloy, along with their team of expert personal trainers, are dedicated to ensuring that each of our members receive the tools and support they need to feel happy, healthy and body confident.
