60-Day Female Strength Training Programme

Look Strong, Be Strong

Based on the principles of Strength Training, our 60-Day Group Training programme is specifically designed to teach you how to become strong both mentally and physically.


Progressive Training

You will attend x2 group strength based personal training sessions a week, where you will learn and practice speciifc compound movements. We will also provide you with a plan to follow outside of the sessions. Furthermore you will also be able to attend a weekly yoga class to improve mobility and recovery.

Food & Nutrition

We work with you on a more advanced level in regards to food, nutrition and supplementation. We ensure that food types and food timings to included factors to your programme to ensure that we are supporting your training and recoevery for maximum results.

Out of Session Training Plan

To get the most out of your training we encourage you to practice what we have taught you outside of the sessions and provide a personalised and progressive training plan to support your development.

Body Coaching

Strength Training not only enables you to build muscle and become stronger, it is great for changing body composition. We will coach you how to achieve a strong and athletic body.
