FIT 30 is our 30 day trial that allows you to test drive our Small Group Personal Training programme.

 

Our Small Group Training members receive many of the benefits of one-to-one personal training with the additional advantage of working within a small group (up to 4) at a fraction of the cost.

 

Small Group Training has become our most popular service as it provides flexibility with a possible 24 sessions a week to choose from so you decide when you would to train. Our members benefit from the support and encouragement of working with other, as well as a little friendly competition.

Flexible Booking System

Train at a time convenient to you, with 24 sessions a week to choose from. Each week you can just book a time and day suitable to you.

Food & Nutrition

We recognise that for many people food and nutrition is the most difficult part. Therefore we work closely with you on all aspects of Food and Nutrition Coaching. You will have free access to our Food Seminars plus a copy of our Receipe Book.

Fraction of the Cost

Training within a Small Group of up to 4, means that you can receive many of the benefits of One-to-One only at a fraction of the cost.
