Our members like to train in different ways, so we have devised 3 different 30/60 day Personal Training Programmes, that have proven life-changing results.

FIT 30

Our Small Group Personal Traning (up to 4) at a fraction of the cost. Our most popular programme provides flexibility with a possible 24 sessions a week to choose from, so you decide when you would to train. Our members benefit from the support and encouragement of working with other, as well as a little friendly competition.

Shape 30

Our 30 day Female only Group Personal Training programme specifically designed to improve your fitness and body confidence. Each session is different and provides a range of training pratcices such as Core Workouts, Kettlebells, Boxing, HIIT Training and Light Weight Training. We also provide you inidivual nutrition coaching to get you the best possible results.

Strong 60

Based on the principles of Strength Training, our 60-Day Group Training programme is specifically designed to teach you how to become strong both mentally and physically.
