Offers a completely personalised experience. Ideal for the beginner, those who have a specific goal or injury, or who might be a little gym shy.

Small Group Personal Training

Our members on our FIT 30 Small Group Training Programme benefit from the support and encouragement from working with others, plus with a little friendly competition.


Plus train at a time to suit you, with a choice of 24 sessions a week.
