At LIVFIT we are different. We don't just deliver carefully designed programmes but we provide all the support you may need outside of sessions too. Our brilliant team of Personal Trainers understand your needs and we keep things as simple as possible so that you get the results you deserve. We care about our members and understand that everyone is different. Whether they are working with us as a Personal Training, Small Group Training member, or part of one of our 30 Day programmes. All of our members receive our best service to succeed.

 

When you join us you become part of a community. Our members receive daily support from our team, access to recipes, training videos. training plans, mindset videos, as well free admission to our seminars, workshops and social events. Our services extend far beyond the training session.

Husband and Wife team Michael and Felicity Molloy along with their brilliant trainers, are passionate to help as many people as they can to lead healthy and happy lifestyles through their love of weight training and fitness.
